Refund policy

At this time, we do not offer a return policy. All sales are final, and items cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders must be prepaid using the available payment methods at checkout.

Damaged Products
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving the product via:

To process any claim for a damaged product, an unboxing/opening video is mandatory. This video must clearly show the package being opened and the condition of the item upon arrival.

Once your complaint has been reviewed and approved, damaged products will be eligible for store credit or replacement only. Refunds will not be provided.

Non-Returnable Items
As we do not accept returns, all items are non-returnable. Additionally, custom cases are not eligible for any return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.
